Hello Everybody!
I thought for a quick update I would share with you my favorite "after the gym protein smoothie" recipe! It's a quick little snack that fills be up and helps with the recover period.
I only recently started drinking these, and I don't drink them after every gym session.
Strawberry pineapple mango
I use one 'Skinny girl' vanilla protein shake
A handful of frozen strawberries (or fresh depending on what I have)
A handful of mixed mango chunks and pineapple chunks
& a teaspoon of chia seeds
I blend this all in my bullet and enjoy.
