Hey guys!
I know it's been an extra long time since I last updated you. That's mainly because I hit a rough patch in both my weight loss journey, and my personal life.. It's been a really rough four to five months and it set me back a lot. Although I had stopped working out and watching what I was eating I did not gain a single pound back...Whats that called? The silver lining.
I try not do make "New years resolutions" Because its such a band wagon event that everyone does, and no one ever follows through on. It just so happens that this is the first time in months that I have even remotely felt like myself again, and I use the term remotely because I mental feel like myself...but my body feels tired and disgusting! So I know that I need to make a change and even though it falls on the first few days of the new year that doesn't make it any different to me.
As of yet I am not entirely sure which lifestyle change I will be making exactly but here is some things I would like to accomplish in 2017.
*Lose up to (but not limited too) 45 pounds before 2018
*Stop drinking soda
*Increase my water intake
*Work out at least five days a week
*Get more sleep
I want to start small and set some small goals for myself. I can't wait to achieve these goals and share them with you all.
